Job Description :
|
|
Job Duties, include but not limited to:
*
Prepare all international shipping documents
*
Data entry
*
Prepare arrival notice, invoices, delivery orders
*
Basic customer service
*
Arrange account payable and receivable, and then preparing weekly reports
*
Communicate with carriers, customs, and sea/air port for import/export shipments
Position Requirements:
* Entry level in freight coordination
* International shipping experience is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly effective organizational skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently yet efficiently communicate with all necessary parties.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
Education:
High school and above; college degree preferred.
